REGISTRATION FORM – FUTSAL

Date: 3rd and 4th April
PIET NFL Campus

RULES:
  1. Each team shall comprise 5 members and 3 additional members as reserves
  2. Each half shall be of 20 minutes duration with a 10-minute interval
  3. The game shall be played inside a specially created Arena/Area
  4. The game shall be a game of football with innovative rules and regulations
  5. The game shall be played on a knockout basis with the Top 2 Teams playing the finals
  6. The team can comprise members from same school/different schools
  7. Ages 10-13 and Ages 13-16 to be grouped separately
NOTE:
  1. All Participants of MY-PENTATHLON to be awarded CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
  2. Top Performers to be rewarded with attractive gifts and prizes
