Mrs.Rekha Bajaj is lady whose motto is “ weapon yourself with education to face the challenges of the world”. An eminent personality with over 30 years of experience in the field of education is presently working as a Principal. She began her career as a sports teacher and climbed the ladder of success one after the other . With rich teaching and administrative experience ,she held positions demanding immense command, control and organization.
She is a post graduate in Hindi and Bachelors of education. She is a certified “Himalayan Wood Badge Holder” in guiding and NIS in athletics.
Just not academics,she would excel every field she stepped in . She has worked intensively for the Rotary Panipat Central club and has been associated with it for past 24 years. She is the first female Rotarian of the Panipat City to be designated as “President” in the year 2001. In 2005 Mrs. Rekha Bajaj was appointed as Assistant Governor of the Rotary Zone leading ten clubs as Assistant Governor.
She has been a keen sportsperson and to enhance her skills further, got herself trained as “ Athletic Coach “ from NIS Patiala in the year 1994.
She is the recipient of “ President award for Social service as Guide & Ranger” in the year 1981 and 1986. In the year 1985 ,honored by Dr. Kiran Bedi for her voluntary service at a rehabilitation centre. Followed by an award by the Governor of Haryana in 1998 for her “ Distinguishing” performance .
Besides , she also served railways as “ Welfare officer” and also worked with “ Delhi-T.V.” as Punjabi artist .
She is working as “President of Chetna Pariwar” that deals with the upliftment of the underprivileged kids who are not part of main stream education . She joined this organization s a ground worker and now she is the President of the Chetna Pariwar Managing Committee. This committee is running 101 Chetna centres , 27 stitching centres , 5 beauty centers ,1 computer centre and 5 adult literacy centres .It aims to provide 3000 students free education and 500 ladies aged 25years to 72 years with basic education and learning along with simple calculations . Social service is her passion and with this zeal she has been organizing sports day event for the Chetna Parivar students and ladies since past 15years successfully.
Her conviction and passion are to promote the Academic, emotional and social well being of all pupils under her care and she believes in working in synergy with the parent community as well as her colleagues.
She has a dynamic and versatile personality and is an ebullient source of energy to the people around her.
